Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of REACH, a service operated by The e-four Corporation (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use REACH

REACH is for high school student-athletes and their parents or legal guardians. It is not available to children under 13. When you start a sign-up, you confirm that you are 13 or older and in high school, or that you are a parent or guardian.

Athletes under 18. You can start a sign-up yourself with your mobile number. You then ask a parent or guardian to approve by sending them a text from your own phone with an approval link. A parent or guardian can also start first and invite you. Until a parent or guardian approves, you can use the free plan, such as browsing and liking schools, but REACH will not send or draft any message to a coach, and no paid features turn on. The parent or guardian who approves accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for the account, including payment and the activity on it.

Athletes 18 or older. If you are 18 or older, you may skip the parent step by confirming during sign-up that you are 18 or older and will pay for REACH yourself. You then accept these terms directly, own the account, and are responsible for payment and the activity on it. No parent or guardian is attached to that account. Do not confirm this if you are under 18.

What the service does

REACH helps student-athletes find college athletic programs that may fit them, write to the coaches of those programs from the athlete's own email account, and keep track of what coaches say back. It provides information, estimates, drafting help, reminders, and tools to share progress.

What the service does not promise

We do not promise any recruiting outcome. Using REACH does not mean you will be recruited, hear back from a coach, receive an offer or a roster spot, receive financial aid, or be admitted to any school. Those decisions belong entirely to the colleges and their coaches.

Fit percentages, reply odds, cost figures, admissions data, roster information, and team needs are estimates built from public sources and from what you tell us. They help you decide where to focus. They are not predictions you can rely on, financial aid offers, admissions decisions, or guarantees, and they may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm cost and eligibility directly with the school before making a decision.

REACH is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the NCAA, the NAIA, the NJCAA, any conference, any college or university, or any school or school district. School names and colors are shown only to identify the schools.

We are not a financial advisor, a college admissions counselor, or a legal advisor, and nothing in the service is advice of that kind.

Your email account

If you connect an email account, you authorize us to send messages from that account, and only those messages you have individually reviewed and approved. You remain responsible for the content of every message you approve and send.

You may disconnect your email account at any time. You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or bulk unsolicited messages, and you agree to keep your use consistent with your email provider's own terms.

Coach replies reach REACH through your private REACH reply address and, if you set it up, a Gmail filter that forwards college (.edu) email. A parent or guardian on the account can see the full text of coach messages.

Text messages

REACH Alerts is an optional text message program for student-athletes. If you turn it on in the app and check the consent box, we will text your mobile number alerts about your own REACH account: coach replies, messages waiting for your approval, upcoming deadlines you saved, and important account notices. We do not send marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

For an athlete under 18, the parent or guardian on the account agrees that the athlete may enroll in REACH Alerts. Full program details are on our Text Alerts page.

Profile links and sharing

You may add links to your results pages, highlight video, and social media profiles. You choose which links coaches see in your emails. REACH may view the public profiles you add, and may follow them from a REACH account, to understand how you present yourself and to react to your posts. We do not log in to your accounts.

REACH never posts anything as you. You decide what to share from the app. If REACH ever reposts something you shared on REACH's own social accounts, it will be only with your approval and, if you are under 18, your parent's approval, and either of you can ask us to take it down.

Acceptable use

We may ask you to confirm that the athlete is real, for example with a link to their results page or a photo of their school ID, and pause the account until you do. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including one we reasonably believe is being used for competitive research.

Plans and payment

Free plan. You can use REACH's free features at no cost, with no payment details needed. The free plan does not include coach messages, follow-ups, or full fit details.

Full Access, monthly. Full Access is $39 a month, billed in advance. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing; the plan stays on until the end of the month you have paid for and then does not renew. You may also be offered a pause instead of cancelling.

Recruiting Pass. The Recruiting Pass is a single payment of $449 for Full Access through August 31 of the athlete's graduation year. It does not renew, and nothing more is charged.

Graduation year. The athlete's graduation year is set once, when it is first entered, and cannot be changed afterward. The Recruiting Pass and every plan are tied to that year.

Prices, and any discount or promotion, are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If we change the monthly price, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Refunds. Once a message has been sent to a coach from your account after a payment, that payment is not refundable. If no coach message has been sent since you paid, you can ask for a refund of that payment by writing to support@reachrecruit.app. This applies to both the monthly plan and the Recruiting Pass. Cancelling the monthly plan stops the next renewal; there are no refunds for part of a month. If REACH stops operating, no plan is refunded, including the Recruiting Pass. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, the law applies.

Codes, referrals and free plans. A code from a partner, a free month for referring another family, or a free plan given to a REACH Ambassador has the conditions shown in the app when you use it. A free month or free plan has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

REACH Ambassadors

We invite a small number of athletes to be REACH Ambassadors. An ambassador gets Full Access free for a set time in return for posting about REACH and keeping the REACH link in their bio. The exact deal is shown in the app, and the free plan starts only after the athlete accepts it and, for an athlete under 18, a parent or guardian agrees. Every ambassador post about REACH must say #ad or #REACHpartner so people know the athlete works with REACH. Ambassadors share the link to each post with REACH so we can see and react to it. We may end an ambassador free plan if the deal is not kept, as described in the app. If the ambassador's crew target in the deal is not met in time, the account moves to the free plan automatically, after reminders.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of the information you provide and the messages you write. You grant us permission to use that information to operate the service for you. We own the service itself, including our software, coach database, and scoring models.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Material changes will be notified before they take effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
