College recruiting for high school athletes

How REACH works

REACH is a college recruiting app for high school athletes and their parents. It shows which colleges fit you athletically, academically and financially, then helps you email each college coach in your own voice and manage every reply in one place.

Who REACH is for

REACH is for high school athletes who want to compete in college, especially athletes who are good enough but are not yet being found by coaches. It is also for their parents, who see everything.

REACH covers football, track and field, cross country, volleyball and lacrosse at NCAA Division I, II and III, NAIA and junior college programs. That is 1,200+ colleges and 15,000+ college coaches with current contact details.

How your fit is worked out

Every school gets one fit %. It comes from three things:

  • Athletics: your results, marks or measurables for your sport, scored level by level and against the team where the data exists.
  • Academics: your grades compared with how hard the school is to get into.
  • Cost: your family's price after aid, based on the income you enter.

Every fit label shows the reason behind it, such as over budget or marks below the team. You can still like any school.

How outreach works

  • REACH drafts a personal email to each coach, written for that team and in your voice.
  • Nothing sends until you tap Approve.
  • Emails go out from your own Gmail, so coaches see you, not a service.
  • Coach replies come back into REACH, and follow-ups are drafted from the conversation so far.

What parents see

Parents see every coach message in full and where each school stands, and can step in at any time.

What REACH does not do

  • REACH does not guarantee a roster spot, an offer or a scholarship.
  • REACH never contacts a coach without your approval.
  • REACH is independent and not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA or any school.

How REACH is different from recruiting services

Many recruiting services sell advisor packages that cost thousands of dollars and are quoted on a sales call. Others send templated emails to long lists of coaches. REACH is self-serve, the price is on the website, and every coach gets a personal email written for that team.

What it costs

REACH is free to start: swipe as many schools as you like and see your fit % on every one. Full access, including coach emails, replies and follow-ups, is the Recruiting Pass at $449 once, good through graduation, or $39 a month.
